RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your YUE Nails purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.


Products must be returned in new. All returns are subject to validation and approval at YUE Nails’ discretion.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Visit YUE Nails’ Account and look up your items with your order.

Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to submit a return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with an instructions to return your package to us.

Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

EXCHANGES

With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on yuenails.com. If you would like to return a new and gently used item within 30 days of receipt, please visit YUE Nails Account and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
