The best is yet to come, bestie! You can typically expect your shiny new nail products to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 8-12 business days for your order to ship.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you would like to cancel your order and are within our 24 hour cancellation period, please contact our customer email: info@yuenails.com

Sales, promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited time only. Discounts codes are not combinable with any other offer or promotion, including but not limited to any items already discounted such as sale items, custom bundles, and collections. Discount codes cannot be used during site wide sales or on orders with automatic discounts. Discount Codes are subject to any limitations set forth in the promotional offer. Promo code expires on the date indicated in the promotional offer and may expire prior to actual use of the promo code, without liability to YUE Nails. Codes must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner. Codes cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases. YUE Nails reserves the right to modify or cancel these offers at any time. Code may not be sold, copied, modified, or transferred. Codes have no cash value.

Great question! Our website is set up in GBP. Your bank statement should show a price similar to the order total you saw in your countries currency. Please note we are not responsible for your banks conversion rate and recommend you check with them prior to checkout if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes! Unlike a salon manicure you can get multiple wears out of your YUE Nails.

For the best quality we recommend leaving the nails as they are.

If you want to adjust the shape a bit a gentle file shouldn't sacrifice the quality of the press-on nail. We do not recommend cutting or clipping the nails as this can cause them to crack and sacrifice the integrity of a quality.

All shipping costs are £4.5, (Whether domestic or international orders) we will bear the excess if necessary! We offer FREE Shipping on all orders £50 and over (excluding taxes).  

The shipping is traceable throughout the process!

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees.

We ship almost everywhere in the world! Here's a list of the area we do ship to: North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Asia. Some countries might be excluded or require a business or a tax ID to ship to; don’t worry, we will contact you if there are any of these issues with your shipment.

We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all! We just want you to love our products as much as we do!

If you are not completely satisfied with your YUE Nails purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.

Products must be returned in new condition. YUE Nails monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at YUE Nails in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at YUE Nails’ discretion.

Please Note: Duties and fees collected are non refundable. Bundles, Collections, & Custom Bundles can only be refunded IN FULL. Partial refunds on part of a bundle or bundle items are not allowed. Replacement orders are non refundable. Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
